Application containing information about the author (last name, name, middle name; academic degree, academic title; job position, full name of the place of employment; telephone number, fax, e-mail) and the name of the section to which the article is forwarded. The name of the file should contain the author's surname (the first co-author's name) and place of residence, for example: "Smith_London – Application".
The original of the application should be sent by mail to:
